This project was a full renovation of this 50-year-old single-family Joshua Tree home on an acre with beautiful desert view, but with some problems and dated interior.

It was a hands-on comprehensive overhaul of every corner of the property, addressing foundational, roofing, plumbing issues, electrical issues, and more. We ripped out all the interior and started fresh. 

I designed the renovation with the desert as the focal point. We added glass sliding doors in every room to seamlessly connected interiors to the captivating desert outside. Minimalist interior design with neutral hues taking colors from the desert, ensuring that the beauty of nature took center stage. I went with this design because I wanted everyone to feel relaxed, stress free, and one with nature when they are here. 

We increased the property value of the property and we are happy to say are hard work paid off with a 5 star reviews so far. and beating the market average occupancy and returns.

Designed and built new closet based on user's needs.

Full Bedroom and Closet transformation with a new closet system, built in desk and floating shelves, added picture frame molding throughout room, and added electrical on either side of the bed.

We converted this single family house in downtown San Diego into 3 separate units to maximize short term rental income. I designed a fun, unique space to increase occupancy rate and price per night.

This van use to be a 15 person passenger van. I custom built the entire interior with a big couch that converts into a queen size bed, durable flooring, insulation, overhead lighting, curtains, a sink, stove, fridge, electrical, plumbing, freshwater & grey water tanks, a table that pulls out, a hidden safe, and plenty of storage. My partner and I now rent it out to individuals vacationing.
